Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Policy A. Scheduling & Registration: Registration remains open right up until the start of the first class, provided there are still open seats available in the cohort. B. Deposits & Payments: Full payment must be paid in full prior to the start of the first session to secure your student's spot. C. Confirmations: Your confirmation is a successful registration receipt that clearly shows your enrollment and lists all scheduled dates for the 10-week program. D. Arrivals: Because sessions run on a strict schedule, there is no grace period for late arrivals. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A. tandard Cancellation Window: You may cancel or reschedule your registration up to 48 hours prior to the start of the first session free of charge. B Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice before the start of the session will incur a $50 late fee. C. No-Shows & Attendance: Because you are signing up for a complete 10-week program, there are no reimbursements or refunds given for individual classes missed or for non-attendance.
