ABC Tutoring Services are happy to answer any questions you have. Below are some of the most commonly asked questions we receive. If you have any questions that have not been answered fill out the “Need More Information” form. We are happy to answer your questions.
WHAT IS AN INITIAL CONSULTATION?
An initial consultation is a meeting between the family and an Educational Specialist to confirm that ABC Tutoring Services, LLC can provide the services that the parents wish. Our main focus is to ensure that our services meet the students need. During this time, we discuss: days, times, fees and answer any questions about our services.
WHAT IS A TERM?
There are three terms that we have at ABC Tutoring Services, LLC. Many students participate in afterschool activities – this is a way parents can plan for the changing schedules that occur in every household. We strive to make scheduling a session as convenient as possible so we founded the three term system. You are able to change your times at the beginning of the new term and then your day and time is fixed for the duration of the term. The 3 terms are:
Fall – Begins September 1st and ends December 31st
Spring – Begins January 1st and ends May 31st
Summer – Begins June 1st and ends August 31st
HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?
During our initial consultation we plan out the sessions for the initial term.
CAN I READLLY HAVE A TUTORING SESSION AT ANY ONE OF THE FOUR LOCATIONS?
Yes, we do offer this service. We highly recommend for those who live in rural or remote locations to take advantage of the online sessions, this way you are able to receive tutoring sessions regardless of weather conditions.
WILL I WORK WITH THE SAME TUTOR EACH TIME?
We are fortunate to have a high quality tutoring team. We strive to find you the right tutor so that you will be able to work with the same tutor.
